Pets on Parade!

Come Join us for our second annual Pride pet parade! Give your pets the spotlight they deserve, because we all need to be a diva sometimes!
The Pride Pet Parade will occur at the Festival Main Stage area at Tom McCall Waterfront Park and is an entirely separate event from the Pride Parade which occurs the following day through downtown Portland.

Register to participate in this year's event by completing the attached form below.

BY MAIL
Mail completed registration forms by Thursday, June 1, 2008 to:
Pet Parade, PO Box 6611, Portland, OR 97228-6611

IN PERSON
Return completed registration forms the day of the event no later than 12:15 pm at the Pride Festival Main Stage. Limit 1 pet per family ONLY. People with pets that are not pre-registered or registered by 12:15 pm will not be permitted to participate in the Parade.

I, the undersigned, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Pet Parade, Pride Northwest, Inc., and the Pet Parade Committee from any and all claims for personal injury or property damage resulting from participation in the Pride Northwest, Inc. Pet Parade. It is further agreed that participants shall assume all responsibility for their pet being part of the Pride Northwest Pet Parade, and participant agrees to monitor pet's behavior at the event and is solely responsible for any personal injury or damage resulting my from their participation in the Pride Northwest, Inc. Pet Parade should any injury or damage occur as a result of their and said pet's participation.
